Statement
In recent days, our association has been the victim of an unjust, untrue, and very brutal media attack.
Such an attack from media linked to foreign capital does not surprise us at all. Every year, as Poles, we are attacked before the largest patriotic demonstration in Europe.
This year, our association has been targeted. The event known as Ku Niepodległej has been organized for eight years. This year, we took on the organization ourselves. We would like to emphasize here that it is a closed event, and the funds raised will be used for the statutory purposes of our association.
We wanted to publicly address the allegations that have been leveled against us by the media so far.
In past years, we have been accused of organizing the event on dates such as the anniversary of Kristallnacht or Rudolf Hess's birthday, and any pretext was sought to present us in a bad light to the public opinion, even in the smallest way. Accusations were also made against bands that performed at the event. The accusations were sometimes absurd, and sometimes they were only half-truths that together formed a complete lie presented to the public by liberal and cosmopolitan media, most often in the hands of foreign media conglomerates.
The cases that were filed against previous organizers of "Ku Niepodległej" by the authorities were repeatedly dismissed. It should be added that these cases took place during the time of previous ruling teams, when the issue of partiality in the judiciary was frequently raised in public discourse, in cases where representatives of various national circles were involved as parties. The latter - in the opinion of many publicists - were treated with hostility by judges often coming from families of the communist apparatus. In view of the above, the facts of acquittals are eloquent.
This year, one of the performers, Jocke Karlsson, has been particularly targeted. He is an outstanding figure actively involved in the music scene known as Rock Against Communism on the Swedish identity scene. Perhaps the descendants and heirs of communists cannot stand it. All the more so, because their fathers and grandfathers have the blood of soldiers fighting against them on their hands.
It is true that Jocke had the same tattoos as shown in the leaked photo twenty years ago. That was two decades ago. Today, he is a mature man both physically and in terms of worldview. Today, Karlsson no longer has those tattoos. He loves Poland, our history, and above all, he admires our struggle against communism. Every year, he participates in the Independence March and emphasizes that our patriotism is unparalleled on a global scale.
The Hungarian band Romantikus Eroszak, whose work is the poetic essence of Hungarian history and culture, was attacked. Its charismatic vocalist, Sziva Balazs, is the grandson of one of the greatest heroes of the anti-communist Hungarian Revolution of 1956 and sings about this event at every concert. The event that initiated the process of regaining freedom not only for Hungary but also for Poland and all the countries of Europe that were enslaved by the criminal communist Soviet system.
Legal companies operating in our country that sponsor our event were also attacked.
We urge - do not let yourselves be duped by the propaganda of the descendants of the criminal system, who have dyed their hair liberal and have learned to label their opponents as fascists for over 70 years.
We will fight for our good name and our guests' reputation also through legal means.
