Boromir Borowczak has passed away

On May 22 of this year, our colleague, Boromir Borowczak, tragically died in a car accident.

BoromirMember The „NIKLOT” Association he has been involved since its inception. He was actively active in the indigenous faith community in Krakow.

He actively pursued his interests in Slavic military history and weaponry by participating in reenactments of early medieval battles (e.g., at Cedynia). He was also a co-founder of Slavic Warriors' Teams "Krak".
Author of an important historical monograph in Polish literature Piast Warriors' Axes. Battle for the Island of Lednica, concerning the role of axes in the armament of Piast military forces.

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University. For 10 years, he actively participated in rescue archaeological excavations on motorway routes. He conducted research on Slavic cult sites, and his work on the significance of Mount Rowokół for our ancestors was interrupted by his sudden death.

Boromir, you have departed, but your memory will live eternally in us.
